are also obligated to work with you to insure a smooth and
successful transaction through to the closing or lease signing.

market your property or business for maximum exposure to
the general public. Exposure is maximized through advertising,
direct mail, the Internet, Offering Memorandum's, networking
and cooperating with other real estate professionals.
When
listing your property or business ask your prospective Broker
the following two questions:

Is my property/business going to be made available to both
potential buyers and other Brokers for maximum exposure?

insures that your property/business will be made available
to everyone.]
2.
Do you split the brokerage fee with other Brokers on a 50%/50%
basis?

Commercial will always split the brokerage fee equally
with a cooperating Broker. If a Broker brings in the buyer
and does half of the work, they deserve half of the fee.
Most Brokers will not work with another Broker if they are
not fairly compensated.]
The
answer to these questions will insure that your property/business
gets maximum exposure. Cooperating with other Brokers maximizes
selling your property/business. Michael's Commercial will
always cooperate with other Brokers and equally split the brokerage
fee.
